2023 Paddle Around Rose

We welcome anyone with a paddle craft; kayak, canoe, paddleboard, rowboat... to join in on an ultimate scavenger hunt as they challenge themselves to paddle around Rose Lake on Saturday, August 5th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. As a family, you can take the ultimate 5-mile challenge to go all the way around the lake or stay in your cove to visit with your neighbors as you search for various items on our scavenger hunt list. No need to collect items… each participant will receive a list of items to check off as they discover the beautiful nature of Rose Lake.

Community members that do not want to paddle can still register and just enjoy sitting on their docks, cheering on the participants, and passing out little prizes to any of the kids paddling around. Last year we even had many community members pass out beverages for adults! This is a great time to meet the many members of our Rose Lake Association while supporting our Lake Health!

Registration: $25 a person. Each participant will receive a Rose Lake “Paddle Around Rose” t-shirt and be entered into a raffle for a basket filled with family fun items! All proceeds will go to supporting Rose Lake water quality and conservation. We welcome all donations!
